This report is designed to allow you to extract all transactions, posted and unposted, from the data base and use the data in a spread sheet. The report is output to a file where the various columns of data are separated by commas, i.e., a Comma Separated Value (CSV) list. Most spread sheets will allow you to open a CSV list. Once opened you may then move, eliminate, or reorganize the data just the same as with any spread sheet.
The list contains all data for each transaction, posted or unposted, from the Check Journal, the Deposit Journal and the General Journal. You may select either a range of months to include in the list or a single month. The report is automatically stored in a file named ``tranlist.csv'' in the Company Report Directory.
