Make the General Journal Entries Permanent

When you have made all corrections and are satisfied with the entries the temporary batch is then moved into the Permanent Check Journal.

To make check entries permanent select,

• General Journal -> Transfer New General Journal Entries into Permanent General Journal

The temporary entries will be transferred and made permanent. You will no longer be able to change these entries.
