Make the Temporary Deposit Entries Permanent

When you have made all corrections and are satisfied with the deposit or correction entries the temporary batch is then moved into the Permanent Check Journal.

To make check entries permanent select;

• Banking -> Deposit Journal -> Transfer New Deposit Entries into Permanent Deposit Journal

You will again see the Bank Account Selection Window. Select the bank account for the batch of entries you want to transfer to to the Permanent Deposit Journal. When you have made the selection the temporary entries will be transferred and made permanent. You will no longer be able to change theses entries.
