The Cash Inflow Projections deserves special consideration. This report is, from a management standpoint, perhaps, one of the most useful elements of the entire BasicBooks Accounts Receivable system. Using this option you can anticipate how much cash you will have available to meet your obligations in up to five future periods. NOTE: Cash needs are projected ONLY for items that are stored in the Invoice Database. Future unknown invoices and payments are unknown to the program and, thus, are not included in the calculations. So, if you want an item to be included in the Cash Inflow Projections don't forget to enter it into the Invoice Database.
