Other options on the Customer menu allow you to view, print, and delete customer files. Customer Activity provides summary listings of all invoices, payments, and credits for a customer. An option is provided to allow searching of the customer Database by any part of a customer's name. You may also see and print customer lists with names and codes.
You may not delete a customer with an outstanding balance. Before you can delete a customer with an outstanding balance you must first bring that customer's balance to zero. You can do this by either applying payments to the customer's invoices, or you can create a credit memo and apply it to the customer's balance.
