The BasicBooks Accounts Payable from LinuxLedgers© program is intended for use with BasicBooks General Ledger (BBGL), also from LinuxLedgers. You must have BasicBooks General Ledger installed and running (including the Postscript Database) before you can use BasicBooks Accounts Payable (BBAP). The menu and selection functions of BBAP are largely intuitive and are built with a self-help function attached. If you need help holding the cursor over entry boxes and menu items for a second or so will automatically cause a prompting or help tip to appear. You may erase data from entry boxes by using the back space key or the delete key. Where numbers are required you will not be allowed to enter letters.
